  • How do I become a Palm Beach Pawclient?
    Simple. Email marley@palmbeachpaw.com to set up a meet and greet with your pet. After the initial appointment you’ll be able to schedule services.
  • How do I schedule a service?
    Simple. Log in to your account to access your calendar. Select the date, service, & time, then click submit. We’ll approve your request up to 6 hours in advance. Note: We do not accept requests via phone, text, or email, so please be sure do it online to guarantee your services.
  • What if I need an early morning, late evening, holiday, or weekend service?"
    All of these services are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee.
  • What if I need a last minute walk?
    We will try our best to accommodate your last minute requests however this is subject to walker availability and timing.
  • Will you ever take my dog off-leash or to the dog park?
    No. Your dog will remain on leash and by our side at all times.
  • Can you feed my pet or give it medication if needed?
    Sure! We’re happy to assist pets with special needs such as administering medications or special dietary supplements. Just let us know how we can help.
  • What if I need to cancel my appintment?
    No worries! Just log in to your account to request a cancellation of your service.
  • Is there a fee for last minute cancellations?
    Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged in full.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, check or credit/debit cards. We also acept Venmo.
  • How do I pay for services?
    Whichever method is easiest for you. Once your account is set up you will have the option to pay by cash, check, card, or Venmo.
